Free Admission to Philbrook for OU-Tulsa Students

Students at OU-Tulsa get free admission to Philbrook Museum of Art! For free admission, students can show their OU-Tulsa ID at the Philbrook ticket desk. For questions about admission requirements, students should contact Philbrook at (918) 749-7941. This admission does not include special events or exhibits that have additional entrance fees. It is only available to OU-Tulsa students, not to staff, faculty, or students of other campuses.

July 3rd & 4th: Holiday Hours

The library will close at 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 3rd. We will be closed on Friday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day holiday and will reopen for regular hours on Saturday, July 5th at 1:00 pm. 

June 18th & 19th: Holiday Hours

The library will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 18th. We will be closed on Thursday, June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth holiday and will reopen for regular hours on Friday, June 20th at 8:00 am. 

Free Coffee on Weekday Mornings!

Stop by the library Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 11:00 am for free coffee, located on the west side of the first floor in our coffee bar area. After 11:00 am, any leftover coffee is moved to the library's kitchen and is available until it runs out. 

May 26, 2025: Closed for Memorial Day

The library will be closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. We will be open for our regular hours of 1-6 pm on Saturday, May 24th, and Sunday, May 25th.

Nonstop Coffee + Free Pancake Dinner

April 28th - May 9th: The library will be providing free coffee nonstop during our open hours for pre-finals and finals weeks. 

April 30th at 4:30-6:00pm: Swing by the library and grab some delicious pancakesGluten-free pancakes will be available, along with an assortment of syrups and toppings.

OU-Tulsa Graduate Students: Enter 3MT for a chance to win up to $750

OU-Tulsa graduate level students can register to present their dissertation, thesis, or other project in just 3 minutes and with just 1 slide for a chance to win a prize! The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) event will be held at Schusterman Library at OU-Tulsa on Thursday, April 17th at 5:30 pm.
