Guidelines for Public Interactions and Comments

Comments and other interactions are welcome on Schusterman Library’s social media outlets and respectful discussion is encouraged. All content on the Library’s social media, including comments, are monitored and reviewed regularly. Comments, including text and images, will be deleted if they violate the University’s or the Library’s policies.

Postings/comments containing the following are not allowed and will be deleted: abusive or threatening language, harassment of an individual or group, obscene or racist content, violation of copyright or privacy laws, or content that is not relevant to the original post, including unsolicited promotions. If content is removed, the poster may be banned or blocked from the Library’s social media accounts.

 

Personal Accounts

Posts made by individual library employees via personal non-library accounts do not represent the views or policies of the Library.
