Poster Printing
The Schusterman Library offers large format printing for posters, banners, and more for current OU-Tulsa students, residents, staff, and faculty. Learn more about our printing service below or by contacting Vicki Ford.
- How do I get my poster printed?

- Please contact Vicki Ford (vicki-ford@ouhsc.edu or 918-660-3225) to submit a poster for printing. When you submit a document, please include:
- Your name and department
- Payment information (billing numbers or notification of self payment)
- Choice of paper (glossy or matte; if no choice is made your poster will be printed on glossy paper)
- Size of poster
- We recommend submitting your poster as a .pdf file or PowerPoint file.
- A page-sized preview print will be provided at no charge. Be sure to review all spelling and formatting before authorizing the final print.
- Posters will be printed in the order they are submitted. Please allow ample time for printing before your deadline.
- Posters will be re-printed at no charge only if there is a printer malfunction. If the patron requests a reprint because of spelling, formatting, color, or other file errors, there will be a second charge.

- Posters are limited to 36” on one dimension. The Library cannot accommodate the printing of posters that are larger than 36” in both directions.
- Posters and banners may be up to 12’ in length.
- The Library stocks good-quality coated paper in both glossy and matte.
- Lamination and/or trimming, if desired, must be done by the patron.

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, or credit card at the Reception Desk. We will bill departments with prior authorization from administrative staff.
