MATLAB for Data Analysis Online Workshop: March 23rd / 9:30-12:30

MATLAB is a tool used for calculations, analyzing data, visualizing data, and many other analysis tasks. In this free online workshop on March 23rd at 9:30am-12:30 pm, we will explore how to interact with the MATLAB software and how to use MATLAB for data analysis using an example data set. 

After this workshop, you should know how to: 

  • work with variables and arrays 
  • plot data 
  • write scripts 

No experience with MATLAB is required. This is an active learning, "code-along" workshop - please use a computer with MATLAB or GNU Octave installed. The curriculum is available at the Carpentries site.
